It’s official: Black-ish is getting a fourth season.
ABC has ordered the next season of the hit show and will reportedly also be bringing on Stacy Traub as an executive producer to take on a leadership role along with creator Kenya Barris.
As for Barris, he has been expanding his role at ABC with three pilots, including one for a Black-ish spinoff starring Yara Shahidi as part of the overall deal.
Black-ish, in addition to enjoying great ratings, has also won Best Actress Golden Globe Award (Tracee Ellis Ross), Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series and a TCA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Comedy.
