It’s been months, but it looks like the long battle between Paula Patton and Robin Thicke over custody of their 6-year-old son Julian is finally drawing to a close.
Sources close to the situation told TMZ that Patton and Thicke are trying to determine the final details of a custody arrangement.
Over the last few months, the custody battle has only grown more and more heated.
A judge granted Patton’s request for an extended restraining order after Julian complained that his father was spanking him in an “excessive” manner to school officials.
“I have always used progressive discipline with Julian, primarily the use of timeouts,” said in a statement publicly admitting to the allegations.
Thicke is supposed to see Julian for “3 visits a week” with a “court-appointed monitor” in attendance.
A new trial was scheduled to start Monday and end Tuesday but has been rescheduled, so we’ll just have to wait and see whether this is really the end of the months of drama.
