Indiana State University on Friday morning celebrated the groundbreaking of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) Plaza, which will honor the legacy and contributions of historically Black Greek-letter fraternities and sororities.
It will be located just east of Cunningham Library, between Root Hall and the New Theater on the ISU campus in Terre Haute.
