Bennie Vines, the photographer who was allegedly “sucker punched” by Chris Brown, is preparing a lawsuit against the singer and is also pressing charges with the police.
Vines claimed that he was only doing his job when he snapped a few pictures of Brown on Monday while he was inside a nightclub in Tampa. After the alleged beating, Vines said that he did not return to work. He claims to have suffered a busted lip as well as several other injuries.
Vine also filed a police report, and Brown is currently allegedly being investigated for assault.
