Aryn Drake-Lee, the ex-wife of Jesse Williams, is seeking more than $600,000 in back child support and more than $250,000 in retroactive spousal support. She has agreed that when the back payments are she will significantly reduce her $50K monthly spousal support.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, the pair is back in court with Drake-Lee asking that the Grey’s Anatomy star continue paying $50,000 a month in child support, which she says he can afford due to his hit show. She did, however, recommend cutting her spousal support payment from $50k monthly down to $29,918, which would be paid until at least 2020.

Still, this doesn’t take into account the months he fell behind in payment while they were in court. In total, Drake-Lee is seeking $637,605 in back child support and $251,602 in retroactive spousal support.

In the document, Drake-Lee also states that Jesse is inconsistent with their child custody schedule. She accused him of often canceling his time with his kids and asking to make up the time later and using work as an excuse, according to Bossip. She added that the schedule has caused a lack of stability for their kids who “often do not know from day to day whether Petitioner [Jesse] will be exercising time.”

The pair, who married in 2012 and separated in 2017, share joint legal custody of their two kids but have had a flexible physical custody plan based on Jesse’s Grey’s Anatomy shooting schedule, according to The Blast. This is no longer working for Drake-Lee, according to The Blast. The ex-wife now wants a consistent schedule, in spite of his shooting schedule, even requesting that Williams turn over his weekly Grey’s Anatomy schedule to her.

Bossip reported that as of last year, Williams reportedly makes over $521K a month.

According to The Blast, Drake-Lee noted in her court documents that she was a former real estate agent who quit working to help support and advance Williams’ acting career. Since the divorce, she has invested in two businesses – We Buy Gold, LLC and The Jane Club – but neither has reportedly earned her any money.

The court docs go on to reveal that Drake-Lee will be also asking a judge to require both parties to wait at least six months into a new relationship before introducing the kids to his/her significant other. And she also wants no social media posting of the kids.

In terms of property investments, Drake-Lee will tell a judge that she should be allowed to keep the Los Angeles mansion the former pair shared during their marriage, as well as a Brooklyn home she bought and an Oakland home she has interest in. In addition, Drake-Lee wants Williams’ residuals to continue to be split and wants a percentage of the $796,800 profit participation check Disney paid him in 2017, according to The Blast.

An upcoming hearing will determine a trial date in the divorce proceedings.
