A DC police officer was shot to death early Saturday morning. He was off-duty in Baltimore when he was killed.
Sgt. Tony Anthony Mason Jr. was found with multiple gunshot wounds while a 43-year-old woman was shot in the leg.
The victims were taken to hospital where Mason succumbed to his wounds.
Baltimore police think the victims were sitting in a parked car when an unknown person came up to them and started shooting. They are asking anyone with information on the crime to call investigators at 410-396-2100.
