D.A said there’s a “strong showing of likelihood” of Mill’s release because of the corruption scandal with the arresting officer. Hundreds of cases have recently been overturned and Meek could be next.

Hospital Shooting Leaves Two Dead And One Injured: Birmingham police responded to a shooting at UAB Hospital-Highlands in Birmingham, Alabama where an employee was killed and another person injured. CNN reported that officers found the gunman dead with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Big Pun’s Wife Sues Walmart for Illegal Use of His Image: Big Pun’s widow Liza Rio filed a lawsuit against Walmart for using the rapper’s image on merchandise. Rio is demanding $10 million from the manufactures Redbubble and Cloudflare. No word on how much she’s requesting from Walmart.

Toys R Us Files For Bankruptcy and Closing Stores: Toys R Us has officially filed for bankruptcy and is liquidating its stores. The companies main lender said, “have determined that the best way to maximize their recoveries is to liquidate the existing inventory in all…735 remaining U.S. stores and begin an orderly wind-down of the U.S. operations.”

Amazon Could Be a Trillion Dollar Company By 2022: The online success Amazon is currently holding a value of $733.8 billion and will likely make $1 trillion by the year 2022. Just only last year the online retailer brought in $4 billion.  Some projectionists believe the company may reach a trillion even sooner.
