Who was Delrawn Small?
On this episode of “True Story with Natasha Alford,” Natasha visits the family of Brooklyn native Delrawn Small, who was killed by off-duty NYPD officer, Wayne Isaacs, last summer on the fourth of July.
Small was shot three times by Isaacs when he approached his car after a driving dispute.
Small’s siblings, Victor Dempsey and Victoria Davis, sat with theGrio to detail their journey to fight for justice and accountability after their brother’s death, and open up about how losing him has impacted their family.
